Ingredients

  • 1 pound Carrots, baby, raw
  • 1 tablespoon Spices, cumin seed
  • 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
  • 1 tablespoon Spices, chili powder

Directions

  1. Wash baby carrots
  2. Cut baby carrots in half lengthwise
  3. Toss baby carrots in a bowl with olive oil to lightly coat the baby carrots with olive oil
  4. Place baby carrots on baking sheet
  5. Sprinkle baby carrots with cumin and chili powder
  6. Place in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until baby carrots are tender.
