  • 1 pound Chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
  • 4 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking


  1. Flay each chicken breast
  2. Rub olive oil over each chicken breast
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Place each chicken breast in a foil pouch and seal the foil, leaving some room at the top for air to circulate.
  5. Cook chicken in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
