Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt, vanilla, low fat, 11 grams protein per 8 ounce
  • 0.5 cup Fruit juice drink, greater than 3% juice, high vitamin C
  • 1 cup Bananas, raw
  • 1 cup Mixed fruits, berries, frozen

Directions

  1. Puree yogurt and fruit juice together in the blender.
  2. Add banana chunks to blender and blend.
  3. Add frozen mixed berries and blend.
  4. Puree everything again.
